“Customization” is where you can add, subtract, and remove commands from the “Quick Access Toolbar”.

“自定义”是你可以从“快捷访问工具栏”里添加，删减，以及清除命令的地方。

“Add-Ins” shows you installed add-ins and allows you to manage them, and “Trust Centre” is something I will cover in a later post.  “加载宏”显示你安装的加载宏并允许你管理它们，“信任中心”是我将在后面的帖子里涉及的东西。

Finally, the “Resources” tab is where you can trigger updates, diagnose problems, register things, identify your version, etc. 最后，“资源”页是你可以更新版本，诊断问题，注册，鉴定你的版本，等等的地方。
